Beef Stew

Beef Stew

Ingredients:
1 pound beef stew meat
1 onion, chopped
3 carrots, diced
2 russet potatoes, diced
2 cup tomato juice or Spice V-8' juice
¼ cup Worcestershire Sauce
Salt and pepper to taste
Method:
Place all ingredients in oven sage pot (or in a crock pot on high for approximately 5 hours). Cover and bake in 350 degree oven for 2-2 ½ hours or until meat is tender. Serves 4.
