3 large tomatoes, diced
1 large onion, diced
2 T diced J peppers
1/2 c. fresh cilantro, diced
1 T olive oil
2 cloves garlic, crushed
2 limes, juiced
Combine and season with salt and pepper. Best left to marinade at least 1 hour.
