It's grilling season. Here is something new to try.
1 c. soy sauce
1/2 c. vegetable oil
3 T brown sugar
3 cloves garlic, crushed
1 T sherry (I used white wine and it was delicious)
4 boneless skinless chicken breasts pounded 1/2 inch thick
Combine ingredients. Marinade chicken at least 4 hours. Grill, basting with remaining marinade as chicken cooks.
